I was a tenant where Radcliffe and Rust were managing everything for an overseas landlord. The process of becoming a tenant (I had never been one before) with all the regulations was made easy to understand by David and Kaitlin, which was re-assuring. During the tenancy there were a number of things that needed sorting out and I have to say that Helen who manages these things was so helpful and organised the necessary trades people to sort out the issue. We had one incident at the property (our fault) which necessitated contacting David and he dropped everything to go to the property (as we were away), which was unexpected and above the call of duty for sure, but I always got the sense that nothing was too much trouble. Quite simply, a professional and friendly team and I couldn\'t recommend them more. If you plan to be a tenant in Cambridge, I would definitely look at properties with R&R, as you will have peace of mind that you will have a good tenant experience. If you\'re a landlord, knowing that tenants are receiving a good service is likely to make for a smoother experience too, as tenants will respond well to this.”
