It was great to work with an independent agency, having access to David (Radcliffe) and Richard (Rust) who are very well supported by the rest of the team. Kaitlin was great: she handled viewings brilliantly and ensured we were kept in the loop throughout the process, actively getting involved where helpful to move things along at times.
