After a year of not selling my property with another agent I tried Radcliffe and Rust. Richard gave very good advice and even helped with giving my house a make over including re-decoration and some new carpets as I had moved away from the area. Lauren did a good job with the viewings and with negotiation with perspective buyers and kept very well informed on progress. She was able to achieve full asking price.
