Lauren is head and shoulders above the rest. I thought that estate agents ultimately looked out for their own interests. But this wasn’t the case with Lauren. Right from the beginning she exhibited a professionalism and thoroughness that was impressive. And it was clear that Lauren worked hard, where she could, to ensure that things went smoothly for ALL parties involved in the conveyancing process. From a buyers perspective, it was such a relief to have Laurens support during what is a very stressful process. So I am certain that she excelled for her clients (the sellers). They were very lucky to have her working for them. If Lauren is representative of all Radcliffe and Rust estate agents, this agency will be my first choice if I ever need to sell my property.
